About me

I am a privately practicing psychotherapist based in Buffalo, NY. My practice is fully virtual (telehealth). I provide individual, couple, and family counseling. I like variety and resist intense specialization, but I have special knowledge, experience, or skill with the following: perinatal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum), relationship problems, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, codependency, infidelity/betrayal, anxiety, illness anxiety disorder (hypochondria), and grief and loss.

I grew up outside Philadelphia, making my way to Buffalo after attending McGill University in Montreal for my undergraduate degree. I majored in history and minored in psychology. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2017. I worked in community mental health at Horizon Health Services on Buffalo's East Side for four years before opening up my own practice in 2021. My husband and I live in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood with our two young daughters. I love gardens, running, books, and bringing people together.
